WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

Our primary markets are New Zealand and Australia, though we also offer international shipping to a selection of other countries.
If your destination isn’t listed at checkout, please reach out to us at customercare@dainahugh.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

WHAT CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN? 

All orders are processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
The amount charged to your card will be converted to your local currency based on the exchange rate applied by your bank or credit card provider at the time of transaction.
 Please note, this rate may differ slightly from the rate displayed on our website’s currency converter.

All online payments are securely processed via Windcave.

WILL I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTY?

Customs duties and import taxes may be charged when your order arrives in your country.
 These costs are the responsibility of the recipient, and vary depending on your local customs regulations. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate or cover these charges.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched. This will allow you to track your delivery in real time.

CAN I USE A DIFFERENT SHIPPING ADDRESS TO MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Yes — you can nominate a separate delivery address at checkout.
 Please ensure all details are entered correctly, as we’re unable to amend delivery addresses once your order has been dispatched.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT ITEM?

If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do everything we can to resolve it.
