Sizing

All Daina Hugh garments are based on standard New Zealand sizing. While we strive for consistency across all styles, some variation may occur between designs due to fabric, cut, or construction.

If you order an item in the incorrect size, we are happy to offer an exchange, subject to availability. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for further details.

For any international designer collaborations or special collections, sizing may differ by brand. We recommend reviewing the individual product descriptions and size guides provided for each piece.

Colour & Display

We take care to represent all product colours as accurately as possible on our website. However, please note that colour variations may occur due to differences in screen calibration or device settings.

As such, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen will be an exact match to the physical garment.

 

Product Details & Pricing

All product descriptions, details, and pricing are carefully reviewed to ensure accuracy at the time of publication.

However, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where product information  including pricing, availability, or promotional details, has been published in error.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. Please be aware that placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve it. Until your order is confirmed and payment is processed, the item may still be purchased by another customer.

In rare cases, an item may sell out between the time you place your order and when it is accepted by our system. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund for any unavailable item.

Stock Levels

We make every effort to keep stock levels accurate and up to date. However, if the size or item you’ve selected has recently sold out, we will process a refund promptly and do our best to assist you in finding a suitable alternative.

Charges & Currency

If your credit card is not denominated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), the final price will be calculated based on the exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time your transaction is processed.

When converting to another currency, slight variations in the final amount may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates and any charges applied by your credit card provider.

Once an order has been dispatched, Daina Hugh is not responsible for any additional charges, customs duties, or taxes incurred upon arrival. These are determined by the customs regulations of the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

All prices listed on the Daina Hugh website are in NZD and are subject to change without notice. Prices may differ between local and international markets at our sole discretion.
